In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account on tt4d, accessing our Platform, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tt4d. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating or accessing an Account.
tt4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email notification to your registered email address.
To register an Account and use tt4d's Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Important: By creating an Account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements. tt4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and may suspend or terminate Accounts that fail to provide adequate verification.
Account registration on tt4d requires you to provide personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must choose a unique username and secure password that meets our security requirements. All information provided must be accurate and current.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations and our commitment to responsible gaming, tt4d implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents such as your Indonesian identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Additional documentation verifying your residential address may also be requested. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
Each User is permitted only one Account on the tt4d Platform. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and winnings. You may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your Account to any third party. All betting activity must be conducted personally by the registered Account holder.
tt4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other supported Indonesian banks. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your tt4d Account registration information.
Bank transfer deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 21:00 WIB) are typically credited to your Account balance within 5-15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your bank's clearing schedule. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. tt4d does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals can be requested once your Account has been fully verified through our KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your name and verified on your tt4d Account. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified Accounts. VIP tier members benefit from expedited processing times as outlined in our loyalty program terms. All withdrawals are subject to security review and may require additional verification before approval.
If you have an active Bonus balance, withdrawal of Bonus funds is subject to meeting specified wagering requirements. You must wager the Bonus amount a stated number of times (typically ranging from 5x to 35x depending on the promotion) before Bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Detailed wagering requirements are outlined in each specific promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
tt4d offers various promotional Bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all stated terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be wagered according to the specified requirements.
tt4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from promotional offers if we detect abuse, bonus hunting, or violation of promotional terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim offers repeatedly, placing hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or using automated systems, will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture and potential Account termination.
All bets placed on tt4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except in cases where tt4d identifies an obvious error. All bets must be placed using funds available in your Account balance. Credit betting is not permitted.
Odds displayed on the tt4d Platform are subject to change in real-time. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager regardless of subsequent changes. For live betting on sports events, odds update dynamically based on match progress. tt4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. All sports betting markets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies including FIFA, UEFA, Premier League, BRI Liga 1, and other relevant sports authorities.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: abandoned or postponed events that are not rescheduled within a specified timeframe, events where the official result is overturned or cancelled by the governing body, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or bet acceptance, or bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets). In cases of obvious palpable errors such as incorrect odds clearly inconsistent with market rates, tt4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
tt4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Users from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. Users can activate these tools at any time through their Account settings.
Self-exclusion periods can be set for durations ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow others to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify tt4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
tt4d implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect data transmission and secure storage of sensitive information. However, you acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent risks, and tt4d cannot guarantee absolute security. You are advised to use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication if available, and access your Account only from secure devices and networks.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:
tt4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure Platform reliability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, tt4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
tt4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, in which case these limitations may not apply to you.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting any active wagering requirements). Once your Account is closed, any remaining Bonus funds will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.
tt4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or if required by legal or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you forfeit any Bonus balances, and tt4d may withhold any funds reasonably believed to be connected to Terms violations or illegal activity pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and applicable licensing jurisdiction regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of tt4d Services shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. You may submit complaints to our customer support team, who will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation before resorting to litigation. You acknowledge that by using tt4d Services, you accept these dispute resolution procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, tt4d reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
